DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! We offer socially-distanced local pickup!

If you have chosen to pick up your purchase locally during checkout, the process is as follows:
> Artists are notified of your purchase and will place the item at our warehouse within 48 hours of check out.*
> You will be notified via email about the logistical details to pick up your item.
> Our warehouse is located in Hyde Park Cincinnati, Ohio.
> We ask that customers plan to pick up their items within 7 days of being placed at the warehouse or make alternative arrangements via replying to the pickup notification email.
> You are encouraged to inspect the work at that point (or in your car, etc) to ensure the work is as per your expectations. Go home happy!

Note:
* If you or the artist needs to arrange an alternative time to drop off or pick up work, please reply to the pickup notification email to coordinate. Alternative pickup times are subject to the availability of the building administration and/or the artist.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes! We offer socially-distanced delivery within a 45-minute radius of Hyde Park Cincinnati, Ohio!

If you have chosen to receive your purchase via local delivery during checkout, the process is as follows:
> Artists are notified of your purchase and will place the item at our warehouse within 48 hours of check out.
> Our Team will reach out to you to arrange a delivery window via email. We ask that customers plan to receive their items within 7 days of being placed at the warehouse or make alternative arrangements via replying to the pickup notification email.
> You are encouraged to inspect the work on the delivery day to ensure the work is as per your expectations.
> Enjoy for years to come!

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Domestic Shipping
All items will be shipped insured and in the protected method of the artist’s choosing within 72 hours of ordering.

International Shipping
International shipping is not a mandatory requirement for artists at this time. If you are outside of the USA, and interested in a work, please reach out to hello@sevenhillsart.com.

Local Pickup
As per the above “Local Pickup” section, you can also elect to pick up your item at our warehouse in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, OH 45202 - at a discounted price! Local Delivery As per the above “Local Delivery” section, you can also elect to get your item(s) hand delivered within a 45-minute radius from our warehouse in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, OH 45202 - at a discounted price!
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are unhappy with your work for any reason, please contact us for a return within 72 hours of receipt. To initiate a return, please email your name + order number to hello@sevenhillsart.com with the subject line, “Return Request, Order #______”.

It is important to keep the original packaging during this period so that you can ensure the work is safely protected in the event it will be returned back to the artist. Work must be packed, insured, and delivered back to the SHA via a shipping provider or local drop off. The client is responsible for return shipping costs if relevant.

Refunds will be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days upon receipt of the item by the artist.
DO YOU GUARANTEE THAT ALL WORK IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Due to the entrepreneurial nature of independent artists, it is technically possible that a work for sale may have just sold. Artists notify the site administrators of sold work within hours (if not minutes) so this is highly unlikely to impact our customers.

In the event a one-of-a-kind item you have purchased has already sold, we can offer a few options:
> A Refund will be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days upon issuance.
> We can contact the artist to see if they can create a similar work or have another available in that series.
